Kundalini Yoga Class
What is
included ?
Warm-ups
We always begin by doing some warm ups and/or stretches to prepare our body for the kriya.
Kriya (yoga set)
A kriya is a sequence of postures, breath, and sound that are integrated together to allow the manifestation of a particular state.
Relaxation
The ability to relax is essential for physical and mental well-being. Kundalini Yoga gives people the tools to be able to truly relax. Relaxation is an important part of the rhythm of exercise and change in Kundalini Yoga.
Meditation
Meditation is for everyone. It uses the inherent self-sensory system, the mind, and the body. Through the use of refined patterns, meditation creates a communication between you and your mind, and between your mind and your body.

Kundalini yoga is an ancient science that works on the 7 chakras, the arcline and the aura. It works directly on the total energy. With kundalini yoga you will learn to ride your energy, to experience it and penetrate any given situation to attain a balance.
What is kundalini actually? It is your creative potential. It takes place when the energy of the glandular system combines with the energy of the nervous system to permit the brain to receive and integrate all the signals. Then you become totally aware.
Kundalini yoga has 3 characteristics. It gives us:
- Leverage – the power to change, to make a difference in our lives.
- Legacy – a complete integrity in its own structure, beyond any individual.
- Lineage – a history and a line of transmission, brought to us and from which we launch and share with others.
