“Sat Nam, my name is Nova and I’ve been doing Yoga ever since I’ve been small because my mother is a yoga teacher as well. But I seriously got into Yoga when I left home and went to MPA in India for 4 years. During that time I got to experience myself, what a positive impact Kundalini Yoga can have in someone’s life. I grew to be a lot more confident in who I am and who I am proud to be today! I was able to learn what is meant by living a “healthy lifestyle” and all the things that are connected to that. Besides feeling generally a lot better about who I am as a person, I learned how to live a conscious and fulfilled life.
